For Event or Building Use Co-Sponsorship:

Give event description, location, dates, and times. For building use, describe space needs, custodial service needs, and A/V needs.

For Volunteer Help Request:

Describe the event with the tasks required. List the number of volunteers needed, when, where, and any special skills required.

For SEJC Donation or Scholarship:

List the amount requested, name of person or non-profit organization to receive the funds (with full contact information -- address, email, phone), and when the money is needed. Describe how the funds will be used.

For Statement Endorsement:

Submit the full statement, deadline, and reason for requesting endorsement by SEJC.
